Hire an ice cream van for your event
A big thank you to Simon and the team at Christeyns UK in Whaley Bridge for inviting us to provide some sweet iced treats for their workforce in June 2025. We visited between 12 – 3pm and served roughly 80 guests.
Thanks to L’hoist Hindlow Quarry for inviting us to come down and provide ice cold refreshments to their workforce during the hot weather in summer 2025. We visited 3 times staying for just over an hour, serving about 80 guests on each visit.

Serving freshly made Italian-style dairy ice cream, we offer a wide range of traditional favourite ice lollies, sundaes and 99’s whippy cones as well as a mouth-watering selection of modern fusions, including Kinder Bueno, Terry’s Chocolate Orange, Lotus Biscoff and more.

What area do you cover?
We cover an area up to around 10 miles drive from Buxton, containing Whaley Bridge, Chapel-en-le-Frith, Chinley, Dove Hole, Peak Forest, Castleton, Miller’s Dale, Litton, Tideswell, Ashford-in the Water, Bakewell, Longnor, Flash and many villages in between.
What’s the process of arranging an event?
Simply get in touch using the details on our contact page. We’ll always ask if you have a budget and any requirements, or if you need a pay-as-you-go style event. Let us know the details of your event and we will provide you with a quote.
How much does your ice cream van hire cost?
We’ll always work to create a package to suit your budget. We can also offer a service where everyone pays for their selected products individually. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we’ll try our best to provide the right package and costs for your event. We kindly ask for a £50 booking fee to cover our fuel and travelling time for each event.
What access do we need?
Our Ice Cream van weighs approximately 2.25 tonnes and preferably a flat surface to operate on. We can operate on a slight incline if needed.
Do we offer Vegan / Gluten Free options?
Our Italian-style Ice Cream is dairy based, with a selection of gluten based wafer and waffle cones. We can serve ice cream in whippy trays and knickerbocker glory style for Gluten Free diets. For non-dairy diets we have a selection of lollies and fruit-based ice pops available.
What are the Minimum / Maximum numbers we can cater for?
Minimum event numbers start at 50 people, for larger events our capacity is serving around 300 people.
Does the ice cream van need power?
An electricity hook up is preferred if available, but we are also able to keep the engine running when an electricity hook up is not available.
